What is kept
- Your account. The name, email address and profile picture your Google account gives us when you sign in.
- What you upload. The screenshots and app icon you add to a campaign.
- What you write.Your app’s name and description, and any line you edit or ask to be rewritten.
- What you have spent. Your credit balance and a line for every change to it, so a balance can always be explained.
- Your subscription. Its state and renewal date, as the payment provider reports them.
Where it is kept
On Google Firebase — Firestore for the records, Cloud Storage for the pictures. Card details are never stored here and never reach this site: payment is handled entirely by Polar.
Who else sees it
- OpenAI— your app’s description and your uploaded screenshots are sent to write the campaign’s copy and to read what is on each screen.
- Ideogram— the prompts written for a campaign’s illustrations.
- Pexels — the search terms used to find a background photograph. Nothing of yours is sent.
- Polar — your email address, as the merchant of record for the subscription. They handle the payment, the invoice and the tax.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anybody not on this list.
Cookies
One: the session Firebase keeps so you stay signed in. There is no analytics and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
How long
A campaign and its uploads stay until you delete the project, which removes them. The credit ledger is kept as an accounting record. Ask us to close your account and everything of yours goes with it.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer.
